How to use:

• Cleanse with Turmeric & Raw Honey Soap first.
• Lather and massage over face (or body) using circular motions. Rinse with water and pat dry. Do not apply to eyes. If contact occurs rinse with warm water. Caution: For external use only.
• Recommended use for soap is twice a day

• Rinse your skin in lukewarm water.
• Put a small amount of scrub in your hand or cosmetic spoon and rub it on your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating glove.
• Scrub your skin gently for no longer than 30 seconds.
• Rinse your skin with lukewarm water.
• Pat dry and follow up with toner and moisturizer 
• Recommended use for scrub is twice a week.

Things to know:
Due to the yellow spice turmeric contains, it can stain anything that comes in contact. Therefore, consider wearing an old shirt you don't mind getting stained and Recommended use is at the sink for easy clean up.

USE THE TURMERIC SOAP FIRST FOLLOWED BY THE TURMERIC SCRUB. USE SCRUB 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. YOU CAN USE THE SOAP DAILY.
